Relaxed Extended Family Photo Session

Extended family photo session in beautiful Ballina.

Look at this gorgeous family! When Krystelle reached out to me to plan a family photo session at the beach for her big extended family, I was pumped. She mentioned it was rare that they all came together like this, so it was the perfect opportunity to get some family portraits. Also, she had recently had a baby and a few of her family members would be meeting him for the first time. Scroll down for photos of this scrumptious little bubba!

When reading Krystelle’s responses to my client questionnaire, I was moved by how she answered this question: ‘What’s something you all do together that is meaningful or different?’

“This family just loves coming together. The children are adored and celebrated! Food is a central part of hospitality and nurturing each other. The laughing is loud, unapologetic and as hearty as they come.”

They sounded exactly like the kind of humans I’d love to spend a warm evening at the beach with. As the sun went down and the soft pastel tones washed across the sky, the kids played in the shallows and soaked up this beautiful, warm evening with their cousins. A real ‘pinch me’ kind of photo session.
